Ajinta Control Room helps users run and monitor AI coding agents on infrastructure chosen by the user. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to visitors and account holders.

Local Agent Runs

Ajinta runs locally by default. Your source code, run logs, diffs, and recipe outputs stay on your machine unless you explicitly export, publish, or deploy them.

When you use a connected AI provider, that provider may receive the prompt, selected project context, file excerpts, and command output needed for the requested model call. Ajinta does not collect source code, prompts, diffs, run logs, recipe outputs, provider tokens, or production credentials by default.

Information We Collect

We collect account information needed to sign you in, manage access, process billing, and operate the service. This may include your name, email address, Ajinta account identifiers, subscription metadata from Stripe, runner and project metadata you choose to connect, agent session status, and operational logs needed for reliability and security.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve Ajinta services.
• Authenticate users and enforce access controls.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and account status through billing providers.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect users and connected systems.

Measurement And Cookies

Ajinta may use cookies, device identifiers, logs, or similar technologies to authenticate users, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and understand public-site performance.

Optional Telemetry

Crash and usage telemetry is optional where offered. Optional telemetry is metadata-only by design and excludes source code, prompts, diffs, run logs, recipe outputs, tokens, and secret values.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate Ajinta, including authentication, billing, hosting, and observability providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Ajinta or as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Ajinta, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and operational need.
